Raymond Weil: World launch of nabucco in Turkey

Valentino steps off the catwalk

Italian fashion designer Valentino Garavani has annouced he is resigning as head of the eponymous fashion house as of January 2008 after a final ready-to-wear and couture season. This comes three months after UK equity group Permira took control of Valentino Fashion Group from the Marzotto family. The deal valued the house at €2.6bn or $3.5.

To celebrate this milestone, Jaeger-LeCoultre has created a unique High Jewellery watch collection, a veritable virtuoso demonstration of refinement and precision. On August 31, 2007, Jaeger-LeCoultre unveiled this new Collection at one of the Festival’s most exclusive parties, called « Shiny Night ». Many guests glittered with Jaeger-LeCoultre creations on their wrists.
